With 78 irrigation zones, this private residence requires substantial and constant care to live up to its grand design. Our crew spends six hours each week tending to the wide variety of garden areas that surround this Italian estate.

Property entrance with manicured boxwood hedges, Italian cypress and Palisades Zoysia grass. All boxwoods on the property are pruned by hand using a string line and bubble level to achieve a consistent, flawless shape.

The front of the home and motor court is framed with boxwood shrubs while six container-grown citrus trees sit on the front patio. Two Canary Date Palms stand on each corner and add to the list of specialty plants on this property that require unique care.
